Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of QRSchedule.
QRSchedule is operated by ALGONLP SMC Private Limited.
By creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, accessing the QRSchedule platform, or using any QRSchedule service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. QRSchedule Services
QRSchedule provides digital tools for appointment-based and service-oriented businesses.
Depending on the selected plan, features may include online appointment booking, customer management, staff scheduling, QR-powered booking and check-in, marketplace listings, WhatsApp and SMS communication, marketing campaigns, inventory management, reporting, analytics, and other business-management functionality.
Available features may vary according to the selected subscription plan.
2. Free Trial
QRSchedule may offer eligible users a free trial.
The duration, functionality, and limitations of a free trial may be displayed during registration or within the QRSchedule dashboard.
A free trial does not guarantee continued access to paid functionality after the trial period expires.
Users may select a paid subscription through the Upgrade & Plans section of their account.
3. Accounts
Users must provide accurate and current information when creating or maintaining a QRSchedule account.
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- Activities performed through their account
- Ensuring staff members use the platform appropriately
- Keeping business and contact information accurate
- Immediately reporting suspected unauthorized access
4. Subscription Plans
Paid QRSchedule plans are displayed to registered users inside the QRSchedule dashboard.
Before completing payment, customers can review the applicable:
- Plan name
- Subscription price
- Billing period
- Included features
- Applicable usage allowances or additional charges
Pricing and plan features may change from time to time.
Any material change affecting future billing will be communicated where reasonably required.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and paying all charges associated with their selected plan or purchased service.
QRSchedule may receive transaction information from payment processors, but sensitive card credentials may be processed directly by the relevant payment provider.
6. Campaign and Communication Charges
Certain communication features may involve separate usage-based charges.
These can include:
- WhatsApp messages
- SMS messages
- Marketing campaigns
- Communication-wallet usage
- Other third-party communication costs
Where applicable, estimated charges or wallet requirements may be displayed before the customer initiates a paid communication activity.
7. Subscription Renewal and Expiry
Where recurring billing is enabled, subscriptions may renew according to the billing interval shown before purchase.
If a subscription expires or payment is not completed, access to certain paid features may be restricted.
Customer and business data may be retained subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the QRSchedule Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Digital Service Delivery
QRSchedule provides primarily digital services.
No physical shipping is ordinarily required for a QRSchedule software subscription.
Service activation and delivery are governed by our Service Delivery Policy.
10. Business Responsibilities
Businesses using QRSchedule are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information
- Maintaining correct service and pricing information
- Managing staff availability
- Honoring legitimate customer bookings
- Maintaining lawful customer records
- Obtaining applicable messaging and marketing consent
- Providing the underlying professional service booked by their customers
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
11. Marketplace
Eligible businesses may be displayed on the QRSchedule marketplace.
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their marketplace information, including services, prices, availability, opening hours, locations, offers, images, and descriptions.
QRSchedule may remove or restrict listings that are misleading, unlawful, fraudulent, or inconsistent with platform requirements.
12. Customer Appointments
QRSchedule provides technology that facilitates appointments between customers and participating businesses.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the underlying service is provided by the business selected by the customer, not by QRSchedule itself.
The relevant business is responsible for service quality, appointment fulfilment, and customer-facing service issues relating to the underlying appointment.
13. WhatsApp, SMS and Communications
QRSchedule may integrate with WhatsApp Business Platform, SMS providers, email providers, and other communication services.
Businesses are responsible for obtaining any permissions required before contacting customers and for complying with applicable laws and third-party platform requirements.
Our live Privacy Policy already explains how WhatsApp identifiers, messages, delivery status, customer responses, and Meta webhook events may be processed.
14. Acceptable Use
Users may not use QRSchedule to:
- Commit fraud
- Send unlawful or unauthorized communications
- Send spam
- Harass others
- Attempt unauthorized system access
- Distribute malicious software
- Misrepresent a business or identity
- Violate intellectual-property rights
- Circumvent platform security
- Engage in unlawful activity
QRSchedule may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, customers, third parties, or the platform.
15. Third-Party Services
QRSchedule relies on third-party technologies and service providers.
These may include payment processors, Meta/WhatsApp, SMS providers, hosting infrastructure, databases, email services, analytics systems, and security services, consistent with the categories already disclosed in the QRSchedule Privacy Policy.
Availability of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, technical limitations, outages, and policies.
16. Intellectual Property
QRSchedule software, branding, designs, website content, functionality, and related intellectual property belong to QRSchedule, ALGONLP SMC Private Limited, or applicable licensors unless otherwise stated.
A subscription provides a limited right to use the platform and does not transfer ownership of the software or intellectual property.
17. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, infrastructure issues, security requirements, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
18. Suspension and Termination
QRSchedule may suspend or terminate access in circumstances including:
- Material violation of these Terms
- Fraud or suspected fraud
- Abuse
- Security threats
- Non-payment
- Illegal activity
- Misuse of messaging features
19. Privacy
Information is processed according to the QRSchedule Privacy Policy available on our website. The current policy states that QRSchedule does not sell personal information to third parties.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QRSchedule and ALGONLP SMC Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as QRSchedule develops.
The latest effective date will be displayed at the top of this page.
