Service Delivery Policy
QRSchedule provides digital Software-as-a-Service and related business-management services.
QRSchedule is operated by ALGONLP SMC Private Limited.
Digital Delivery
QRSchedule subscriptions and related software services are delivered electronically.
There is ordinarily no physical shipping associated with a QRSchedule software subscription.
Customers access QRSchedule through their registered account.
Free Trial
New customers may be offered a free trial.
Trial access is activated electronically after successful account registration, subject to eligibility and applicable platform requirements.
Paid Subscription Activation
Customers can view available paid plans through the Upgrade & Plans section of their QRSchedule account.
After successful payment and verification, paid subscription access will normally be activated:
- Immediately or within 24 hours.
Certain payment methods may require additional verification.
Services Delivered Through QRSchedule
Depending on the selected plan, customers may receive access to services such as:
- Online appointment booking
- QR booking and check-in
- Customer CRM
- Staff scheduling
- Marketplace listing
- WhatsApp notifications
- SMS functionality
- Marketing campaigns
- Inventory tools
- Business analytics and reporting
- Additional plan-specific functionality
Third-Party Activation
Certain features rely on third parties and may require separate activation or approval.
For example, WhatsApp functionality may depend on Meta account configuration, phone-number registration, WhatsApp Business verification, or message-template approval.
These approval timelines are controlled partly or entirely by the applicable third party.
Custom Setup
Where a business requires custom onboarding, configuration, migration, integration, or implementation services, the expected delivery timeframe may be communicated separately.
Payment Completed but Service Not Activated
If payment has succeeded but your paid QRSchedule subscription has not been activated within the expected period, contact:
Include:
- Name
- Business name
- Registered email
- Transaction/reference ID
- Amount
- Payment date
We will investigate the payment and take appropriate action.
No Physical Shipping
QRSchedule currently provides primarily digital services.
Accordingly, standard subscriptions:
- Do not require physical delivery and do not incur shipping charges.
If QRSchedule introduces physical products in the future, separate shipping or fulfilment terms will be displayed for those products before purchase.
